The Reed City Depot is located on the site of the historic Reed City railroad depot. The Depot offers a spacious community room and outdoor area available for event rental. Use the online form to request a rental reservation.

Steps to Make a Depot Rental Reservation Request

The Reed City Depot may be available to rent for your meeting or special event.

Step 1) Check the Depot Rental Calendar on this page to find an open date and time (choose a date and time not already reserved).

Step 2) Use the online form below to submit your reservation request. Your request will route to Reed City offices.

Step 3) If the date and time you request is available, you will receive instructions by email to make payment and confirm your reservation.

Step 4 ) Follow the payment and confirmation instructions you receive. Your reservation will NOT be completed until you complete payment and confirmation.

The Reed City Depot may be available to rent for your meeting or special event. Please call the City of Reed City offices to learn more at (231) 832-2245.

You may rent the Community Meeting Room, and/or the covered Outside Pavilion which includes picnic tables, electricity, and an outdoor bonfire pit directly adjacent to the intersection of the Pere Marquette and White Pine Trails.
