Reed City Area Chamber of Commerce

A Message From the Chamber President,  Tyler Thompson
Welcome to Reed City, Crossroads of the Pere Marquette and White Pine Trails. Come and see our new Depot and spend the day on the trails. You can bike, run, walk or snowmobile on the trails, depending on the season. The White Pine Trail runs from Grand Rapids to Cadillac, while the Pere Marquette trail runs from Baldwin to Clare. We also have a quaint and friendly downtown with many restaurants and shops to make you feel right at home. After you spend some time on the trails, you can relax and enjoy a meal at one of the many fine local restaurants. We have parks to have a picnic, take a walk, or if you just need a place to relax – this is it! We have outstanding schools and a wonderful hospital. Reed City Schools offer children and young adults excellent opportunities to learn. Spectrum Health Hospital has made impressive improvements over the past few years and is a ‘State of the Art’ facility. Our Chamber of Commerce is a growing organization and it supports the area businesses in many ways. We have monthly luncheon meetings at the Depot. We also have Business After Five meetings at a different area business each month. This is a chance for our membership to visit local businesses and network with other chamber members. Our chamber membership continues to grow and we continue to look for ways to attract new business and promote out existing area businesses. So if you’re looking for a place to spend a few hours, a place to raise your family or place to move your business, please give Reed City a look. We have many outdoor activities for you to enjoy. We’re positive you’ll like what you see! We’re your “Crossroads Community on the Path to Progress.” If you have any questions, please call Suzie Williams, our Executive Director, at the chamber office at (231) 832-5431.
