The City of Reed City will be accepting Sealed Bids for the purpose of providing Contract Cleaning Services for Municipal Buildings, to include but not limited to, City Office, and the Fire Station.  The bid will be effective for one full year starting on July 1, 2018 and ending June 30th 2019.  The Sealed bids are due at the office of the City Clerk, 227 E. Lincoln Ave. Reed City MI 49677, by 2:00 PM, on Friday, April 13, 2018.  Bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Cleaning Services Bid”.  All Bidders interested in submitting a bid to provide this service will be responsible to make an appointment to tour all buildings and receive a copy of the bid specs. Contact Rich Rehkopf DPW- Supt. at 231-832-2245 to schedule an appointment.  Bidders must be Bonded and provide a copy of their Liability Insurance and Workman’s Compensation Insurance/waiver.
The City of Reed City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids deemed in the best interest of the city.
